ItineraryoAI lets you chat with an AI assistant to plan trips and export day-by-day travel itineraries as PDFs. You may use the Service with or without an account, though an account is required to save itineraries.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Submit content that infringes the rights of others or violates applicable law.
• Use automated means to abuse or overload the Service.

Travel information disclaimer

Itineraries and suggestions are generated by AI and provided for planning and informational purposes only. Details such as opening hours, prices, availability, travel times, visa and entry requirements, and safety conditions may be inaccurate or change without notice. Always verify important information with official and local sources before booking or traveling. ItineraryoAI does not book travel and is not a travel agency.

Your content

You retain ownership of the trip details and messages you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate the Service and generate your itineraries. Generated itineraries are provided for your personal use.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Montemayor IT Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on AI-generated travel information.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
